I am a Senior Research Scientist at CombineNet, where I
research and develop intelligent economic software for real
business problems. My work lies in the interaction between
electronic market design, optimization, artificial intelligence,
and economic theory. Currently, I am focusing on developing
optimization for expressive advertising auctions.
I received my PhD in computer science and engineering from
the University of Michigan in 2001 for my work in market
protocols for decentralized supply chain formation (pdf).
